Wallis & Son have recently opened a new commercial workshop which features a 15 metre state-of-the-art pit with compressed air and a waste oil management system. This now means that the skilled technicians can service larger vans and small lorries up to a weight of 7.5 tonnes. The commercial vehicle workshop will take two Mercedes Sprinter vans or one lorry. There is a 25 tonne pit jack to lift vehicles and a block and chain to lift out heavy parts. Work on all makes and models can be undertaken.

Wallis & Son's Commercial Workshop operation will be taking on more corporate contracts soon and as a result they'll be looking to expand the workforce in the near future. The new development also includes a new store room and rest room. The construction of the new commercial workshop means that Wallis & Son can offer another ramp in the main workshop for the servicing of cars.
